ریز ریخت‌‌شناسی سطوح تک بلورهای ZnS رشد یافته به‌روش انتقال شیمیایی بخار

چکیده

برای بررسی ریز ریخت­شناسی سطوح بلورهای سولفید روی (ZnS) رشد یافته به روش انتقال شیمیایی بخار، ریز ساختارهای مختلفی از جمله لایه­ها، پله­ها، پیچ و تاب­ها، نوارها و حفره­های روی سطوح بلورهای رشد یافته، از میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی استفاده شد. شکل گیری این الگوها به رشد بلورها در شرایط بهینه و نابهینه به مدل نظری ارتباط داده شد.

چکیده [English]

Micromorphological studies were carried out on the surfaces of the ZnS single crystals grown by chemical vapour transport (CVT). Different micromorphological patterns such as layers, steps, kinks, stripes and pits were observed using Scanning Electron Microscope. Formation of these patterns was correlated to the growth of crystals under theoretically predicted optimum and nonoptimum conditions.
