کانی‌شناسی و زمین‌شیمی کلینکر، سیمان پرتلند و گرد و غبار تولید شده درکارخانه سیمان نکاء و اثرهای زیست‌محیطی آن در استان مازندران

چکیده

سیمان پرتلند از گرما دادن مواد خام اولیه (سنگ آهک، خاک رس) در دمای حدود 1500 درجه­ی سانتی­گراد که تشکیل کلینکر را می­دهد، تولید می­شود. بررسی کانی­شناسی و زمین­شیمی کلینکر، سیمان پرتلند نکاء، غبار کوره سیمان و غبار آسیاب سیمان با میکروسکوپ پقطبشی، پراش پرتوایکس و فل­یورسانی پرتو ایکس انجام شد. در نمودار سیستم فازی
((CaO - Al2O3 - SiO2 ترکیب­های شیمیایی کلینکر در مثلث C3S - C2S - C3A قرار می­گیرند. رس­ها به علت جذب سطحی و تبادل یونی بالا بیشترین سهم در ورود عناصر جزئی و فلزات سنگین را به کلینکر سیمان نکاء دارند. بر اساس روابط بوگه، کلینکر و سیمان پرتلند نکاء با استاندارد بین المللی سیمان همخوانی دارد. از غبار کوره سیمان نکاء می­توان به عنوان مواد اولیه سیمان استفاده کرد. بررسی کانی­شناسی کلینکر و سیمان پرتلند حاکی از وجود کانی­های سیلیکاتی­ کلسیم و میلریت قهوه­ای در کلینکر و کانی­های سیلیکات­های کلسیم (تری کلسیم سیلیکات، دی کلسیم سیلیکات)، لارنیت، گچ، میلریت قهوه­ای (تتراکلسیم آلومینوفریت) و کلسیت در سیمان پرتلند است. بررسی کانی­شناسی غبار کوره سیمان و غبار آسیاب سیمان حاکی از وجود کانی­های سیلیکات­های کلسیم (تری کلسیم سیلیکات، دی کلسیم سیلیکات)، لارنیت، گچ و میلریت قهوه­ای (تتراکلسیم آلومینوفریت) در غبار آسیاب سیمان و کانی­های کلسیت، کوارتز، موسکوویت – ایلیت و کلریت در غبار کوره سیمان است.

چکیده [English]

Portland cement could be produced by heating the raw materials (clay, limestone) about 1500°C which clinker will be formed. Geochemical and mineralogical studies of clinker, Portland cement, cement kiln dust and cement mill dust have been carried out by optical microscopy, X-ray diffraction and X-ray florescence. In phase system diagram (CaO-Al2O3-SiO2), chemical components of clinker cement occurred in C3S-C2S-C3A triangular. Clays play important in adsorption of trace elements and heavy metals in the raw materials of cement factory of Neka. According to Bogue equation, this clinker and Portland cement coincide with international standard of cement. Cement kiln dust could be reuse as raw material of cement factory. Mineralogical study of clinker indicates the presence of calcium silicates and brown millerit minerals, while calcium silicates (tricalcium silicate and dicalcium silicate), gypsum, larnit, brown millerit and calcite minerals are indentified in Portland cement. Mineralogical study of cement kiln dust indicates the presence of calcite, quartz, muscovite –illite and chlorite minerals, while calcium silicates (tricalcium silicate and dicalcium silicate), gypsum, larnit and brown millerit minerals are indentified in cement mill dust.
