ساخت و بررسی ساختار بلوری-مولکولی و طیفی یک کمپلکس لیگاند-مخلوط جدید از مس(II) با لیگاند دو دندانه 1 و 10-فنانترولین به همراه سالیسیل آلدهید S-بنزیل ایزوتیوسمی‌کربازون

چکیده

کمپلکس لیگاند-مخلوط مس(II) از واکنش لیگاند سالیسیل آلدهید S-بنزیل ایزوتیوسمی­کربازون هیدروکلرید (H2L)، نمک مس(II)­ استات تک­آبه و 1و10-فنانترولین (Phen) با فرمول عمومی[Cu(Phen)2Cl].H2L,Cl,H2O  تهیه شد. ساختار آن به وسیله­ی تجزیه­ی عنصری و طیف­سنجی فروسرخ شناسایی شد و از پراش پرتوی X تک بلور به منظور شناخت بیشتر ساختار مولکولی کمپلکس مس(II) استفاده شد. در کمپلکس مس(II)، هندسه­ی هم­آرایی اطراف اتم مرکزی حدواسط بین هرم با قائده­ی مربعی و دوهرمی مثلثی است. دو لیگاند 1و10-فنانترولین (دهنده­ی NN) به صورت دو دندانه­ی خنثی، به فلز مرکزی همتافته شده است. جایگاه پنجم با اتم کلر اشغال شده است.

چکیده [English]

Mixed-ligand Cu(II) complex was prepared by reaction of salicylaldehyde S-benzylisothiosemicarbazone hydrogenchloride ligand (H2L), Cu(ACo)2.H2O and 1,10-phenanthroline with general formulas [Cu(Phen)2Cl].H2L,Cl,H2O. Its structure was fully characterized by elemental analysis and IR method and single crystal diffraction was also used to better understanding of the molecular structure of the Cu(II) complex. In the Cu(II) complex, coordination geometry around the central atom is a distorted square-pyramidal. Two 1,10-phenanthroline ligands (NN donor) are coordinated to the central metal as a neutral bidentate agent. Another position of the square-pyramidal geometry is occupied by the chlorine atom.
