اثر جانشانی ساماریوم بر ویژگی‌های ساختاری و مغناطیسی نانوذرات گارنت ایتریوم آهن تهیه شده به روش سل- ژل

چکیده

در این پژوهش نانوذرات گارنت ایتریوم آهن جانشانی ­شده با ساماریوم، به فرمول شیمیایی Y3-xSmxFe5O12 با
3/0 ,2/0,0x =  به روش سل ـ ژل تهیه شدند. الگوهای پراش پرتو ایکس (XRD) و بیناب­سنجی فروسرخ دور (Far FT-IR) ساختار تک­فاز گارنت را برای همه نمونه­ها تأیید کردند. حلقه­­های پسماند به­دست آمده از مغناطیس­سنج ارتعاشی (VSM) نشان­دهنده کاهش مغناطش اشباع با افزایش مقدار ساماریوم در ساختار گارنت ایتریوم آهن است که این تغییرات بر پایه نظریه نیل توضیح داده می­شود.

چکیده [English]

In this work, samarium ion (Sm3+) substituted yttrium iron garnet nanoparticles Y3-xSmxFe5O12 (x=0.0, 0.2, 0.3) were fabricated by the sol-gel method. X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns confirmed the pure garnet structure for all samples. The garnet phase were studied, using, Far-FTIR. The results of vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) represents that saturation magnetization decrease with increasing samarium ion concentration. These changes assigned to the destrucive role of Sm+3  ionic size on magnetization of substituted garnet
