سنتزتوده‌های کروی TS-1 با استفاده از رزین با قابلیت تبادل آنیون به عنوان درشت‌قالب‌گیر

چکیده

در سال‌های اخیر سنتز توده‌های کروی زئولیتی، مانند S-1، ZSM-5 و بتا، با استفاده از رزین‌های با قابلیت تبادل آنیونی، گزارش شده است. این روش بر پایه خود پیوندی بین محلول سنتز زئولیت و رزین‌های با قابلیت تبادل آنیونی، به عنوان درشت قالب‌گیر است. برتری این روش، سنتز توده‌های زئولیتی خالص است. در این مقاله روش سنتز توده‌های کروی TS-1 با استفاده از روش قالب‌گیری کلوییدی و رزین با قابلیت تبادل آنیونی ارائه شده است. قالب‌گیر آلی به کار‌برده شده TPAOH بود و رزین  IRA900 Clبه عنوان درشت قالب‌گیر مورد استفاده قرارگرفت. روشهای پراش پرتو-X (XRD)، طیف‌سنجی IR و میکروسکوپ نوری برای شناسایی نمونه‌های سنتز شده مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند.

Synthesis of spherical TS-1 materials using an anion exchange resin as a macrotemplate

چکیده [English]

for several recent years, syntheses of spherical zeolitic materials, such as S-1, ZSM-5 and Beta, have been reported using an anion exchange resin as macro-templates. Conceptually, these syntheses are based on the use of a colloidal crystal templating process. The advantage of this method is preparation of pure self-bonded zeolite micro/macrostructures.

In this paper the synthesis of TS-1 is reported using the colloidal crystal templating process. The organic template was TPAOH and the resin (IRA900 Cl) was used as a macrotemplate. Techniques such as X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), infrared spectroscopy (IR) and optical microscope, were used to characterize synthesized samples.
