The study area is located north of Shahrab village in Ardestan County and in the Anarak metallogenic region. The oldest rock units are volcanic units of Eocene age. Based on SEM studies, the samples are mainly composed of phases rich in silica, aluminum, oxygen, magnesium, iron and chromium-bearing phases, as well as copper and sulfur-rich phases. The simultaneous presence of copper, iron and sulfur indicates the formation of sulfide phases and the role of hydrothermal alteration and replacement processes in the evolution of mineralization, and textural and compositional evidence shows that the distribution of elements and mineral phases is controlled by the influence of tectonic structures and fluidization pathways. The correlation of copper and sulfur indicates the sulfide nature of copper, oxygen and aluminum ores. presence of clay minerals and oxygen is related to weathering and oxidation processes. The main the mineral are mainly chalcocite, bornite, cuprite, chalcopyrite and pyrite.
